The Conservancy does not share its membership mailing
lists or e-mail addresses with commercial businesses
or other nonprofit organizations. If Conservancy
staff considers a joint mailing with another organization
or entity beneficial, the development director should
require that the list be coordinated only through
a mail house, that it be a one-time use and that
the mail house signs a confidentiality agreement.
The Board of Directors must approve any other non-routine
uses of the membership list.
